Welcome to the Corton and Easton Bavents Coastal Change Portal.
The Waveney Pathfinder Project has been set up by Defra to test out their coastal change policy to help coastal communities at risk of coastal erosion. In Waveney, the communities of Corton and Easton Bavents have been chosen to establish what options there are for managing the effects of coastal erosion and it's impacts on community life and businesses. The projects will run from early 2010 to spring 2011. We will work together to explore different approaches to managing our coastline and adapting to climate change.
